Create impulse orders at the table with a rolling
cart that brings a “design your own” concept to the
patrons.
Cart should include:
- range of Daily’s Bloody Mary Mixers
- selection of vodka choices (covers price ranges
and taste preferences)
- choice of seasonings (horseradish, Worcestershire,
clam juice)
- choice of garnishes
Personalized drink orders can be prepared at the table
OR the cart can be a visual merchandising “prop” with
drinks prepared behind the bar and brought back to
the table (similar to the rolling dessert cart).
