To take the “Bloody Mary Bar” concept to its most
ambitious form in your bar, set up a Bloody Mary Station
on a large serving table in an open, high visibility
location in your establishment.
Train one or more staff member of your team to work
at the table and prepare Bloody Mary cocktails to order
for patrons.
The station should include a
similar range of
personalizing options as the tableside cart (previous
page) but with even more variations for each category…
- rather than 2 or 3 vodka selections, offer 8-10
