How do I know if my Daily’s Frozen Pouch is still at peak flavor? Is there a code I can read to determine when my pouch was produced?
You can determine the production date of Daily’s frozen pouches by reading the product code that is printed on the back of the pouch. The product code is printed in a format similar to the following:

Please refer to the information below to determine the production date of your product.

17 = year product manufactured (first 2 digits)
032 = day in a 365-day year (digits 3-5)
VT5¢ = internal use

0930 = time
V = plant location
14A = internal use

How do I know if my Daily’s mixer is still fresh?
I opened my Daily’s frozen pouch and did not drink all of it – can I refreeze the pouch?
Yes, you may refreeze our Daily’s pouches after opening them.
What is the suggested freeze time for Daily’s Frozen Pouches?
We recommend that frozen pouches be placed in the coldest section of the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours. Our pouches are designed to freeze upright or horizontally at the typical temperature of a household freezer, which is 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
Should Daily’s products be refrigerated?
Typically our pouches are sold on shelf or on a rack or display in stores and need to be frozen after purchase. But some stores do sell them in the freezer case.

We recommend that Daily’s products be kept in a cool, dry place prior to consumption. Refrigerate, freeze, or pour over ice for maximum refreshment!

Do Daily’s Frozen Pouches contain sulfites?

Daily's frozen pouches contain 5% alcohol by volume, which is about the same amount of alcohol as what a "made from scratch" frozen drink would contain, except you don't have to get your blender dirty because we've done all the work for you! Enjoy :)

We wouldn’t recommend refreezing as it could leak in your freezer.

Recent Product Changes

Were there any other non-ingredient changes made to the new mixer line?
Yes. Bar Syrup is now known as Simple Syrup, Lime Juice is now known as Sweetened Lime Juice and Triple Sec is now known as Triple Sec Syrup. The formulas are all exactly the same.
Why does the old Margarita label say ‘made with non-alcoholic Triple Sec’ and the new label does not?
Both the old and the new Margaritas contain Triple Sec flavoring. Since added non-alcoholic Triple Sec flavor vs. alcoholic Triple Sec has the potential to cause consumer confusion, we decided to remove it. Additionally, the FDA and TTB do not allow the name of an alcohol containing spirit, such as Triple Sec, to be used on labels unless the actual spirit is present.
Why does the new Margarita label list the last ingredient as ‘Contains Milk’?
This statement was added due to FDA requirements to call out allergens such as milk. Our product has always contained nonfat milk solids that help with the cloudy appearance, typical of a Margarita.
Did your Margarita mix change color?
Yes. We adjusted the color of the mix to better reflect a more authentic looking Margarita. No changes were made to any other ingredients.
What specific change was made to Piña Colada?
We replaced an ingredient that currently contains a hydrogenated fat source (trans fat) with a new ingredient that contains no trans fat.
Why do the new Margarita Mix labels indicate 12% carbs?
There are still 33g of carbs. The Daily Value percentage was calculated differently based on a revised value in the new 2018 FDA standards, which will be 275g carbs per day versus the prior level of 300g per day.
Why do the new label Nutrition Facts panels say ‘Includes Added Sugars’?
This change is part of the 2018 FDA label changes, giving consumers greater transparency into how much total sugar is included in each serving.
Are there any other non-ingredient changes made to the new labels?
Yes. All Daily’s Mixers are now certified kosher.
Why do the new labels have a differently formatted Nutrition Facts panel?
The Daily’s brand is proactively complying with new FDA guidelines for food & beverage labeling, mandated for July 2018.
In addition to the label refresh across the Daily’s brand, did the formulas change?
No. All of the formulas remain exactly the same with the exception of Piña Colada.
